1) Digital services
Our work is custom digital services. Refunds depend on completed work and delivered milestones.
2) Deposits & milestone payments
- Before work starts: refunds may be available minus non‑recoverable processing fees where applicable.
- After work starts: we may refund the unused portion of prepaid work after deducting completed work.
- Delivered milestones: approved milestones are non‑refundable.
3) Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at support@aitb.info and we will try to resolve it promptly.
